North Star Recycling attended the event and formally signed a contract with Siemens for the construction of North Star Recycling Retired Lithium Ion Battery Green Low-carbon Recycling and Energy Efficiency Improvement Demonstration Base.
In the signing of the energy-saving and carbon-reducing industry-university-research cooperation project, representatives of North Star Advanced Circular Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. and Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. signed their names on the signing board to witness this exciting moment.
North Star Recycling Focus Qingdao Demonstration Base aims to develop advanced equipment systems for the recycling of retired lithium-ion batteries. This equipment system integrates carbon footprint traceability technology and energy optimization technology to realize transparent management of product carbon footprint and real-time monitoring and optimization of energy consumption based on digital twin technology. It helps to realize the high-value utilization of decommissioned lithium-ion batteries, reduce carbon emissions and environmental pollution, and build an intelligent battery recycling and carbon footprint traceability and energy management platform.
