    Company obtained the investment of SK tes group, China Merchants Venture Capital and other investment institutions, forming a diversified investment shareholder structure. It has signed strategic cooperation agreements with the world's top 500 companies Linde Group and Siemens Group to jointly develop green and low-carbon digital resource recycling technologies. Long-term and Tsinghua University, China University of Mining and Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology and other well-known universities to maintain close cooperation. Qingdao low-carbon recycling innovation application laboratory of retired power battery, Qingdao low-carbon recycling technology innovation center of retired power battery, Qingdao low-carbon recycling technology expert workstation and Qingdao postdoctoral innovation practice base have been built.

    At present, the company is an enterprise (the fifth batch) that meets the requirements of the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for the Comprehensive Utilization of Waste Power Batteries for New Energy Vehicles.
