Recently, according to the official announcement of Qingdao private economic development bureau, Dr. Zhang Tao, chairman and general manager of North Star Advanced Recycling Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., was successfully selected into the 2024 Qingdao "future star" new talent pilot plan.
The 2024 Qingdao "Future Star" New Talent Pilotage Program aims to select core technical talents dedicated to scientific research innovation and achievement transformation from the existing Eagle enterprises, innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, and specialized new small and medium-sized enterprises within the validity period. It is expected to lead the enterprise to grow into the core technical talents of high-growth enterprises such as "unicorn", "gazelle" enterprises, specialized and new "little giant" enterprises.
After online self-declaration, district and city preliminary examination recommend, third-party organization review, municipal review and other procedures, 20 applicants including Dr. Zhang Tao were determined to be shortlisted for the 2024 "Future Star" new talent pilotage plan.
