Recently, North Star Advanced Recycling Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. successfully held a symposium for 2024 fresh graduates.

Dr.zhang，chairman of North Star Recycling, first expressed cordial sympathy and warm welcome to the new graduates. At the same time, he shared his own experience of study, work experience and career achievement with the new employees, and made a systematic and comprehensive introduction to the company's establishment background, strategic concept and development, as well as the relevant policies of Chengyang District and postdoctoral Park on talent training.

The new graduates introduced themselves, talked freely about their understanding and yearning for entering the workplace, and expressed their understanding and views on the company's mission, values and vision. They all said that they would take entry as a new starting point, change their identity as soon as possible, adapt to the environment, and contribute their youth to the high-quality development of the company's cause in their future work.

Then they came to the exhibition hall on the first floor of Qingdao International Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park. During the visit and explanation, they experienced the growth of North Star Recycling in the postdoctoral park and learned about the founding concept and development of the park.

Since its establishment, North Star Recycling has always attached importance to the construction of high-quality talents and teams. Thanks to the talent policy of Chengyang District and the help of the park, it has recruited 11 undergraduates, 1 doctor and 10 masters in the past two years. At present, the company accounts for 50% of the total, and the average age of the team is 32 years old.
