The company’s values of "Pragmatism, Positivity, Trust, Efficiency, and Integrity" permeate daily operations, as they shared their personal "North Star Impressions." Female employees, in particular, mentioned the memorable International Women’s Day event, where colleagues across all levels and departments gathered for a flower-arranging workshop. This uniquely heartwarming atmosphere significantly boosted cohesion, creativity, and motivation.

Subsequently, the new employees visited the first-floor digital exhibition hall as a group.
